2. Cancellation by Maidfort

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Non-availability of the booked service

  • Advance payment made but service not delivered

Refunds are not applicable once the service has been delivered or partially completed, except in cases of genuine service issues reported immediately.

4. Refund Process

5. No-Show Policy

6. Partial Service & Time Extension

  • Charges are calculated on an hourly basis.

  • Any additional service time beyond the booked hours will be chargeable.

  • Partial usage of booked hours may not qualify for a partial refund.
